Therapy Assistant (Mid-Career Pathways Program)

Job Summary You will assist the Senior Therapist/Chiropractor by applying adjunct modalities and guiding patients through rehabilitation to improve musculoskeletal health and overall wellness. Responsibilities Coordinate appointment schedules and manage patient flow to optimize clinic operations Respond promptly to patient enquiries and process bookings and payments accurately Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for therapy sessions Administer adjunct therapeutic modalities as directed by the Chiropractor to support patient recovery Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises to enhance functional recovery and mobility Customize patient care plans based on assessments and monitor progress using electronic health records Preferred competencies and qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse patients Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and support patient engagement Exhibit fast learning ability with a positive attitude, being observant and detail-oriented in clinical tasks Hold a Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science or Biomedical Science from a Polytechnic institution Certified Massage Therapist with prior experience in healthcare or wellness settings Applicants with no prior experience or relevant qualifications may be considered. Other Requirements Commitment to 6 months full-time on-the-job training is expected. This attachment is under the Mid-Career Pathways Program. Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet patient scheduling needs Applicant must be Singapore Citizen or PR, above 40 years old. (This is a requirement for the Mid-Career Pathways Program)
