CHEF – JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS Position Chef (Full-Time) Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook food according to the company’s recipes and SOPs. Ensure all dishes are served with consistent taste, quality, and presentation. Prepare ingredients before service (cutting, marinating, sauces, soup bases, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times. Monitor food quality and freshness; report any spoiled or low-stock ingredients. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage inventory and minimize food wastage. Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist in creating and improving menu items when required. Perform opening and closing kitchen duties according to the daily checklist. Job Requirements Previous experience as a chef or cook is preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about cooking and maintaining high food quality. Good teamwork and communication skills. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn. Able to follow recipes and company SOPs precisely. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety. Singapore Citizen, PR, LTVP, or candidates with valid work authorization are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and professional work ethic. Attention to detail.
