Role Overview As an Interior Designer at Vii Luxe Atelier, you will be responsible for transforming clients' visions into functional and aesthetically refined living spaces. You will manage projects from initial consultation through design development, sales, project coordination, and final handover while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Vii Luxe Atelier is committed to supporting its Interior Designers by providing a continuous pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through the Company's marketing and business development efforts. Leads may be generated from, but are not limited to: Digital marketing campaigns (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok and other online platforms) Company website enquiries Walk-in customers Referrals from existing clients and business partners Corporate partnerships and networking initiatives Marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns Lead allocation shall be determined by Management based on operational requirements, designer availability, workload, performance, responsiveness, and other relevant business considerations. The Company reserves the right to assign, reassign, or redistribute leads at its sole discretion to ensure timely follow-up and the highest level of customer service. Upon receiving an assigned lead, Interior Designers are expected to: Make prompt contact with prospective clients in accordance with the Company's lead management procedures. Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Company's CRM or designated lead management system. Conduct all follow-ups professionally and diligently. Provide regular progress updates on assigned opportunities. Keep all client information confidential and use it solely for company business. Return or release any inactive or uncontactable leads when directed by Management. While the Company endeavours to provide a steady flow of qualified leads, the quantity and quality of leads may vary depending on market conditions, seasonality, and marketing performance. Accordingly, Vii Luxe Atelier does not guarantee any minimum number of leads, appointments, sales opportunities, or revenue. Interior Designers are also encouraged to generate their own business through networking, referrals, personal branding, and relationship building. Self-generated projects are valued and recognised in accordance with the Company's prevailing commission and incentive policies. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Consultation & Sales Conduct consultations to understand clients' lifestyles, needs, budgets, and design aspirations. Present design concepts and renovation proposals professionally. Prepare quotations, project proposals, and contracts. Follow up on sales enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects. 2. Interior Design Produce creative and practical design concepts aligned with clients' requirements. Prepare mood boards, space planning, material selections, and colour palettes. Ensure designs comply with Singapore building regulations and condominium/HDB renovation guidelines. 3. Project Management Plan renovation schedules and project milestones. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and suppliers. Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and design intent are maintained. Resolve site issues promptly while keeping clients informed. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 4. Client Experience Provide regular project updates throughout the renovation journey. Manage client expectations professionally. Address feedback and resolve concerns efficiently. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage referrals and repeat business. 5. Brand Representation Uphold Vii Luxe Atelier's standards of professionalism and service excellence. Remuneration & Benefits Salary Structure The remuneration package comprises a combination of fixed salary and performance-based incentives.
