Sales Consultant (Pre-Owned Vehicles)

Responsibilities: Engage with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and providing information on various car models Stay informed about the features, specifications, and pricing of the vehicle being sold, as well as understanding market trends. Utilize effective sales strategies to persuade customers, including highlighting the benefits of specific vehicles and offering test drives. Discuss pricing, financing options, and trade-ins to reach a mutually beneficial agreement with customers. Ensure proper documentation and submission of sales agreements, insurance/financing application form etc. Maintain relationships with customers after the sale, addressing any concerns, and encouraging repeat business or referrals. Work with other sales staff, management, and admin department to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals set Requirements: Tertiary education with a valid Class 3 driving license. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Positive and energetic with professional and excellent customer service skills.
