Job Summary Drive product success by collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain robust applications that meet business needs and deliver excellent user experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders including solution architects, software developers, and end users to gather requirements and design application systems aligned with business processes. Partner with the product manager to plan and facilitate sprint planning sessions, scrums, and retrospectives to ensure agile delivery. Work with technical, solution, and information architects to ensure applications are robust and comply with Enterprise Architecture standards. Design high-quality, functional solutions that provide a positive user experience. Manage and track application development and maintenance to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes. Conduct and support comprehensive system, user, and security testing before product release. Lead user education campaigns to promote product adoption after release. Provide ongoing product support by collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs. Monitor application performance in production and coordinate troubleshooting with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Required competencies and certifications Proven experience delivering digital products end-to-end with effective resource management. Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing. Ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and follow through to completion. Preferred competencies and qualifications Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional. Degree or diploma in computer science, product management, or related fields. Experience in application design and development using Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Familiarity with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq.
