Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary You will develop and maintain backend and frontend services, design complex business workflows, and lead engineering quality initiatives. Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver secure, high-performance applications and operate features end-to-end in a DevOps environment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services including APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations to support business operations Build and enhance frontend interfaces using the design system to ensure high quality and optimal performance Design and implement complex business workflows for case management, applications, lodgement, payments integration, accounting, document handling, reporting, and search functions Strengthen engineering quality by conducting testing, code reviews, secure coding practices, dependency management, observability, and applying DevSecOps principles Own feature development lifecycle from coding through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in a DevOps environment Participate actively in technical planning, sprint execution, estimation, and architectural discussions to align with project goals Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver user-facing features that meet processing speed and user experience targets Lead and coordinate team efforts using orchestration on low-code platforms to deliver robust solutions Design and implement workflow systems incorporating dynamic case management, payment and accounting functions, authentication flows, batch jobs, reporting, and external data sources Plan and execute cloud application designs and integrations with various external systems Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with Tungsten Automation and Decisions application platforms, including integrating external system capabilities into platform workflows Hands-on experience delivering at least one full project development lifecycle on the above platforms Familiarity with Agile processes and practices Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) using government SHIP/HATS tools Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCC Experience in data and document migration processes
