Tax Accountant

Responsibilities - Responsible for overall tax compliance matters including corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc. - Prepare/review the annual tax returns and ensure compliance to tax laws and regulations - Prepare/review the monthly corporate tax provision and tax accounting reporting (ie. deferred tax computation) - Conduct tax research and assist in identifying tax planning ideas and improvement opportunities - Liaise with various competent authorities in respect of the tax related queries/issues & audits - Advise and provide support as and when required on the tax compliance and implication - Review and advise tax related contract clause including new project tendering, procurement contract and etc. - Keep abreast on the latest development of new legislation and tax updates and advise for full compliance - Other ad-hoc duties/tasks to be assigned as and when required. Requirement - 1-2 years of experience in taxation, customs and finance - Professional experience in taxation with Audit / Tax firms preferred - Tax Consultancy background preferred - A graduate of Business or Accounting is desirable - Proficient in Excel 5 days work 10am - 7pm.
