Job Responsibilities: Responsible for purchasing function Prepare and issue POs to suppliers on a timely basis Ensure that goods and services performed and delivered are in accordance with the issued POs Work with suppliers and subcontractors on order requirements and delivery schedules Work as a team with other departments to ensure orders are delivered on time Source for alternative suppliers / vendors / subcontractors Negotiate with suppliers/vendors to ensure the best costs effectiveness Perform general administrative and data entry duties as assigned Job Requirements: Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level / Higher Nitec / Diploma or equivalent Fresh graduate is welcome Proficient in MS Office applications Possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A team player with a sense of priority, organized and meticulous Positive attitude, self-driven, proactive, able to work independently, and hardworking Possess initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
