Core Roles & Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership Oversee daily work of staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training. Conduct briefings to align staff with operational goals. 2. Operational Oversight Ensure workflows run efficiently and according to company standards. Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance. Handle scheduling, shift coverage, and resource allocation. 3. Compliance & Safety Enforce company policies, labor regulations, and safety standards. Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance. Report incidents and implement corrective actions. 4. Communication & Coordination Act as a bridge between staff and management. Communicate updates, policies, and performance expectations clearly. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration. 5. Reporting & Administration Prepare reports on staff performance, operational issues, and productivity. Maintain records of attendance, training, and incidents. Support management in planning and decision-making.
