Automotive Service Advisor

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the friendly face and trusted expert for our customers. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in creating seamless service experiences and building lasting relationships. 🌟 What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers with vehicle concerns, offering expert advice and tailored service solutions Schedule service appointments, manage work orders, and keep customers informed throughout the process Provide clear and accurate cost estimates Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs Conduct thorough checks on serviced vehicles before handover Review invoices for accuracy and explain charges to customers during vehicle collection 🛠️ What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in the service or retail industry Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English High level of independence, initiative, and attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer concerns effectively GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays (OT) Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes (preferred) 💼 What We Offer Competitive monthly package including basic salary, overtime pay, and performance incentives Comprehensive medical and dental benefits A supportive team environment focused on growth and excellence 📍 Location Volkswagen Group Singapore – Alexandra Road 📩 Ready to Make a Difference?
