Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialis to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure every hotel we partner with launches our software smoothly and confidently. You will own the entire post-sales onboarding journey from initial kickoff through configuration, training, and successful go-live helping each property get the maximum value from our platform. Key Responsibilities Lead hotel onboarding projects from signed contract to successful go-live, serving as the primary contact for each property. Configure and tailor Vouch platform to match each hotel’s operational workflows, integrations, and branding. Train hotel teams (onsite or remote) with clear documentation, live demos, and Q&A sessions to ensure confident adoption.
