Job Title: Strategy & Operations Associate / Analyst Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and highly driven Strategy & Operations Associate / Analyst to support management across business strategy, operations, market research, presentations, partnerships, and project execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and help turn ideas into real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Planning Conduct market research on new countries, industries, competitors, partners, and business opportunities. Prepare business plans, strategy documents, internal proposals, and management presentations. Support expansion planning for new markets, products, partnerships, and business lines. Analyse business performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, efficiency, and execution. Operations & Project Execution Assist management in coordinating cross-functional projects across operations, finance, HR, business development, and technology. Follow up with internal teams, external vendors, partners, and clients to ensure tasks are completed on time. Help improve internal workflows, reporting systems, documentation, and SOPs. Track key initiatives, deadlines, action items, and management priorities. Presentations & Documentation Prepare professional presentation decks for investors, banks, landlords, partners, clients, and internal stakeholders. Draft business proposals, meeting notes, reports, emails, and company documents. Convert ideas and discussions into clear, structured, and actionable materials. Maintain organised company documentation and project folders. Business Development Support Assist with client research, outreach preparation, meeting materials, and follow-up. Support partnership discussions with hotels, landlords, airports, banks, vendors, and technology partners. Help prepare materials for commercial negotiations, proposals, and strategic collaborations. Analysis & Reporting Build simple financial models, business cases, cost comparisons, and operational reports. Track performance metrics and prepare management updates. Summarise complex information into clear recommendations for decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business analysis, corporate development, startups, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong ability may also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Comfortable preparing PowerPoint decks, Excel analysis, reports, and business documents. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow through independently. Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Able to handle both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
