Company Overview Foremost Virtual Reality is a Singapore-based VR entertainment concept specializing in group gaming and private events, delivering immersive experiences in a small arcade setting. Job Summary You will manage daily operations of a small VR arcade outlet, ensuring equipment readiness, customer service, and outlet upkeep while working independently and maintaining high standards. Responsibilities Open and close the VR arcade outlet following established procedures to ensure security and readiness Prepare and charge VR headsets daily to guarantee equipment availability for customers Reset VR rooms promptly after each customer session to maintain a clean and functional environment Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet to provide a welcoming atmosphere Manage bookings and assist walk-in customers by providing clear explanations of VR games and services Identify and report equipment issues early to enable timely maintenance and minimize downtime Send daily photo and report updates to supervisors to track outlet status and activities Follow checklists accurately to ensure all operational tasks are completed consistently Perform cleaning and basic hands-on tasks as needed to support outlet operations Demonstrate calmness and patience when interacting with customers to enhance their experience Work independently with punctuality and responsibility to maintain outlet standards Work on weekends and public holidays as required to support business hours Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in retail, arcade, cinema, escape room, karaoke, gym, or F&B environments is preferred but not required No prior VR experience is necessary; training will be provided
