Management Consultant / Director Hair Stylist

**Minimum 5 years of relevant hair experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet. Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement. Oversee and assist in operational matters. Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage. Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, raids, ponytails, and updos. Upsells clients on products and services. Lead team with exceptional customer service. Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets. Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles. Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.
