LTD. as a Channel Account Executive to lead sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with key channel partners, driving market presence, and achieving strategic revenue objectives in the technology distribution sector. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new channel partners and strengthen existing partnerships to drive revenue growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and preparing tailored sales proposals Manage channel partner accounts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure partner satisfaction Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate joint initiatives and maximize sales impact Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic sales planning and decision-making Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective territory management and account penetration Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the technology or IT distribution industry Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage channel partners at all organizational levels Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve complex customer situations effectively Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment Passion for the technology industry and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Other Information Location: Lavender Central Region Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, generous leave entitlements, career development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and team-building activities VSTECS is an equal opportunity employer and supports applicants requiring adjustments during recruitment
