Component Program Manager (Cpm)

Responsibilities Manage and lead programs, working cross-functionally to drive engineering development and implementation for product/service subsystems or components Coordinate project teams and internal/external development partners; track progress, make scheduling decisions, and allocate resources Develop schedules, manage critical deliverables, handle budgeting, and build resource allocation plans Manage program progress, escalations, and issue analysis for stakeholders; collaborate with manufacturing/development partners on product/process changes Work with the system team and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) on commodity qualification plans and IUR configuration, ensuring on-time completion Track commodity qualification status and work with engineering on debugging/solutions Participate in core team meetings, escalate critical issues across the system team Create mitigation plans for shortage risk Resolve urgent qualification requests with system team, ODM, and cross-functional teams Mentor and guide less-experienced staff Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent PMP/PMI certification preferred Typically 4–6 years' experience (Panel, Camera, or Battery industry experience is a plus) Excellent communication skills; mastery in English and Chinese Knowledge & Skills Proficiency with project planning tools/software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience coordinating matrixed teams Ability to manage schedules, budgets, resource plans Strong written/verbal communication; ability to negotiate at management levels
