Enterprise Data And Analytics – System Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions across the full SDLC Analyse business and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define functional and technical specifications Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and compliance across data platforms Review and validate test strategies, functional test cases, and data validation approaches Support implementation, production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements Drive innovation in data platforms, including data discovery, cataloguing, governance, and AI enablement Work on structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, including NLP-driven analytics use cases Requirements: 8–12 years of experience in System Analysis / Data & Analytics roles Strong experience in data platforms, data architecture, and analytics solutions Good banking domain knowledge, especially in Financial Crime / AML / Risk Analytics Strong experience in SQL and Python (preferred) Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hive, Hadoop, etc.) Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory reporting Experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IDQ, etc.) is an advantage Exposure to NLP, unstructured data, or knowledge graph concepts is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
