Accounts Assistant Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves high-volume, fast-paced data entry and administrative support, particularly in accounting and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume, fast-paced data entry for accounting and bookkeeping Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team Manage and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required Coordinate office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations Assist with procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination Support basic HR and finance functions (e.g. claims processing, bookkeeping) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements O Levels, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification 0–3 years of relevant administrative experience (fresh graduates welcome) Ability to meet data entry performance targets (e.g. transaction processing volume per hour) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Familiarity with office management systems and procedures Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero) Experience with HR software (e.g. Talenox) is an advantage Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities What We Offer Meals provided on selected days Flexible working arrangements (days and hours negotiable) Performance-based bonus every 6 months Company-sponsored trip to Japan after at least 6 months of service (subject to performance) Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for training and career development Supportive and collaborative work environment Salary Entry-Level (Training Provided): SGD $1,600/month (3 days/week) SGD $1,800/month (4 days/week) SGD $2,000/month (5 days/week) Includes structured training and onboarding, with a minimum service commitment period.
