Responsibilities To provide leadership, direction and management of construction projects, as well as maintenance and repairs of building premises. To oversee the planning of the overall project/work schedule and required resources such as manpower, equipment and transportation To monitor work progress to ensure timely completion To ensure quality work delivery in accordance with approved method statements and contract specifications To ensure works are been carried out in a safe manner with the necessary risk assessments and workplace safety measures in place to manage project risks To oversee project finance to ensure works are completed within the allocated budget To ensure strict compliance with relevant government regulations and contractual obligations To oversee the preparation and submission of documentation and drawings to the relevant government agencies, clients, consultants and/or main contractors. To engage and manage project stakeholders including clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
