Procurement Executive

We are growing our Wah Son family! Wah Son Engineering Pte Ltd is a specialized manufacturer of high-quality and high-complexity Toolings for the Aerospace industry. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our manufacturing operations by managing sourcing, vendor relations, purchase orders, and logistics. You will ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services while maintaining compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities 1. Procurement & Vendor Management Identify and source required materials and services by collaborating with internal teams and approved vendors, following Engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM). Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ), review quotations, and evaluate vendor proposals for best value and compliance. Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) using Infor VISUAL ERP, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance to vendors. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and quality performance. Coordinate transport and freight arrangements for purchased materials, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries. Track and follow up with vendors, transporters, and freight forwarders on delivery schedules, updating Production team accordingly. Verify delivery documentation against POs and follow up on discrepancies, incomplete deliveries, or damaged goods. Support departmental KPIs and assist with ad-hoc procurement tasks. 2. Documentation & Compliance Ensure receipt and proper filing of all required certificates and documentation (e.g., Material Certificates, Certificates of Conformance). Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records, including uploading and compiling data for reporting purposes. Who are we looking for?
