Senior Conflicts Manager (Asia and Middle East)

The Senior Conflicts Manager will assist with the development of a specialized team, analyzing, advising on, and resolving legal and commercial conflicts of interest, information barriers, and share dealing requests to ensure regulatory compliance. Duties include day-to-day management of conflicts advisors, acting as an escalation point, and building strong relationships with global stakeholders. Candidates must be experienced compliance professionals, ideally from the legal or professional services sector, with deep technical knowledge of legal and commercial conflicts of interest and client confidentiality, including some knowledge of Market Abuse Regulations. Required experience includes policy work, people management, and a proven track record of delivering change and process improvements.
