University Relation Recruiter (Us Mnc / Woodlands)

Location: Woodlands Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable) Working Hours: Regular Office Hours Responsibilities: Lead and manage Early Careers programs including internships, scholarships, and early talent initiatives (Secondary School to Junior College), ensuring seamless end-to-end program execution. Build, develop, and maintain strong strategic partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including ITEs, Polytechnics, Universities, and Junior Colleges, to establish a sustainable early talent pipeline. Plan and execute campus engagement strategies such as career fairs, campus talks, workshops, networking sessions, and employer branding events to enhance Micron’s presence among students and early-career talent. Drive internship recruitment for local IHLs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding. Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders to align early careers hiring with workforce planning and global talent strategies. Design and implement innovative approaches to attract, engage, and develop diverse early-career talent aligned with business and future capability needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in University Relations, Early Careers, Campus Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition programs. Strong understanding of early talent recruitment processes, campus hiring cycles, and employer branding strategies. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with academic institutions, students, and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the agility to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously. Experience in regional, global, or cross-cultural environments is an advantage.
