We are hiring below recruitment roles: There are below openings pending your experience and interest: TA Specialist Campus Hiring Specialist TA Event Coordinator 12 months (renewable) contract Woodlands Job Responsibilities: Understand the headcount needs of the department and collaborate with hiring managers to determine the hiring requirements. Provide consultation and counseling to hiring managers on the recruitment process. Post advertisements and review applications to identify potential candidates. Source and contact passive candidates to expand the talent pool. Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring that applicants have a clear understanding of the job details. Collaborate with the service center to arrange interviews and ensure a flawless candidate experience. Plan and conduct weekend mass interviews to efficiently evaluate multiple candidates. Work on salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to successfully secure top talent. Follow up on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the recruiting system. Hiring of interns Requirements: Degree or Diploma holder Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related field. Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is preferred.
