Assistant Operations Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Assistant Operations Manager supports the planning, execution and growth of the company's pool maintenance and project operations. This is a hands-on role combining team leadership, client servicing, procurement and business development. •Plan and schedule maintenance timelines for pool servicing teams, ensuring jobs are completed on time and in line with client service agreements. •Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of pool maintenance technicians, including allocating daily work assignments and monitoring job quality. •Handle customer feedback and complaints, investigating issues promptly and coordinating service recovery to maintain client satisfaction. • Source and procure materials, chemicals and equipment based on client and project requirements, including liaising with suppliers and managing purchase costs. • Act as project coordinator for ongoing works, liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from planning through to completion. • Prepare and review tender submissions, and support efforts to secure new maintenance contracts and projects to grow the company's client base.
