Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking - Foreign Bank)

Job Description/Responsibilities: Coordinate with Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis. Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation. Assist Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, quities, funds and structured products. Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data. Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements. Ensure superior customer service is delivered and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank. Requirements & Qualifications: University graduate.
