Financial Analyst

We Are Caring is a social impact company that enables ethical recruitment of Migrant Domestic Workers, backed by the DBS Foundation. The Role Own end-to-end accounting — financial recording, reporting, and audit preparation. Key Responsibilities Accounts receivable: invoicing, sales/debit/credit notes, timely payments, and receipts Bank reconciliations Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Full set of accounts, month-end close, GST returns Timely financial and management reporting Analyze trends and risk; provide forecasts and financial models Monthly payroll and CPF (and global equivalents) Support audit preparation Partner with the Managing Director on key initiatives Ad hoc projects Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong communicator, hardworking, eager to learn Analytical, hands-on problem-solver, results-driven Comfortable with bookkeeping and accounting software/spreadsheets Self-directed with strong time management Knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations Thrives in a fast-paced environment Details Full-time, 9am–6pm (flexible arrangements considered) Salary: $2,800–$3,500/month (based on experience) Benefits: 14 days annual leave, professional development, private healthcare after 3 months We Are Caring is an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming all qualified applicants regardless of age, gender, race, marital/family status, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or other protected class.
