Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations to customers in a timely and accurate manner. Follow up on quotations, pricing requests, product availability and customer feedback. Coordinate internally with the sales team, product marketing team, purchasing, warehouse, logistics and finance departments. Maintain and update customer information, quotation records, pricing data and sales reports. Monitor sales activities, order status and customer requirements, and provide regular updates to the relevant teams. Assist the sales team in preparing sales data, customer reports and business analysis. Communicate with customers regarding product information, lead time, pricing and other commercial matters. Support the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with the relevant internal departments. Maintain good business relationships with distributor customers and provide professional sales support. Perform other sales administration duties assigned by the management. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field. At least 1–2 years of sales, inside sales, customer service or sales support experience. Experience in handling distributor customers is preferred. Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail, especially when preparing quotations and sales reports. Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook. Able to work independently and cooperate effectively with internal teams. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Experience in the electronic components or industrial products industry would be an advantage.
