Responsibilities: Define and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious volume, revenue, and profitability targets. Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and customer outcomes. Manage the retail sales pipeline and lead funnel across showroom, digital, event, and other customer touchpoints Lead product strategy, specification, and ordering, working closely with the manufacturer and internal stakeholders to deliver the optimal product mix and capitalize on market opportunities. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to enhance product-market fit. Manage new and used vehicle inventory to maximize sales opportunities while minimizing commercial risk. Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a focus on achieving industry-leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Ensure every customer interaction reflects the standards of a premium luxury brand. Ensure full compliance with corporate, manufacturer, legal, and regulatory requirements. Maintain the highest standards of operational integrity and business governance.
