Job Summary The Regional IT Digital Solutions Specialist drives the adoption and implementation of innovative digital technologies across the region. This role aligns IT initiatives with business objectives, delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support digital transformation. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, manages regional IT projects, and provides technical expertise for digital platforms and tools. Key Accountabilities Digital Solutions Implementation Design, implement, and maintain digital solutions that address regional business requirements. Ensure smooth integration of new technologies with existing systems and infrastructure. Web Development & Application Support Develop and support web-based applications using .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python. Manage API integrations and maintain secure, scalable system architecture. Project Management Lead regional IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to global standards. Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business units, global IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Serve as the regional point of contact for digital initiatives and technical support. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancement of business processes. Assess emerging technologies and recommend suitable adoption strategies. Support & Training Provide technical support for digital platforms and tools. Conduct user training to promote effective system adoption and utilization. Compliance & Security Ensure all implemented solutions comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Proficient in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python Experience with APIs, Azure/AWS, ERP systems, and automation tools Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases Hands-on experience in workflow design and process automation We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
