About this role
Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates. Process air export booking requests and coordinate shipment arrangements. Arrange cargo collection from customers' premises. Confirm bookings and provide flight schedules and shipment details to customers. Manage customer expectations and resolve service-related issues and complaints. Liaise with overseas offices on shipment status and operational enquiries. Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely processing. Prepare customer reports and shipment documentation. Qualifications: Experience in air export customer service or freight forwarding. Knowledge of export booking, AWB and shipping documentation. Strong communication, customer service and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
