Oversee and coordinate multiple engineering projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards. Prioritize tasks and allocate personnel effectively to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines. Assist in preparing bid proposals for new projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. Evaluate and authorize significant changes affecting the project's scope, budget, or timeline. Lead complex or critical engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against established plans. Identify and address operational challenges to minimize delays. Select, mentor, and develop project team members with operational roles to help the organization meet its business objectives and adhere to relevant regulations. Ensure compliance with organizational and governmental safety standards, and consistently meet customer safety and quality specifications. Allocate financial and human resources to enhance productivity, while supervising project expenses and managing resources within budget constraints.
