Group Management Accountant (Logistics / East) [El]

Review and validate regional month-end management accounts and reporting submissions. Work closely with country finance teams to resolve reporting issues and improve reporting quality. Analyze financial performance, cost movements, and expense trends to identify abnormalities and business risks. Ensure financial disclosures and accounting treatments comply with group finance policies and procedures. Monitor balance sheet movements, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset records for accuracy and compliance. Drive finance process improvements, internal controls enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives. Support internal audits and governance compliance to maintain a strong control environment. Facilitate issue resolution discussions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions. Assist in cash flow monitoring and expenditure management across the region.
