Air Operations Officer [Entry Level / Shift Work] - Wcan

Responsibilities: Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipment operations. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs). Accurately input shipment details, including dimensions, weight, freight rates, and cargo information into the system. Verify Dangerous Goods (DG) and temperature-controlled shipments for regulatory and operational compliance. Issue pre-alert notifications to overseas agents and destination offices. Monitor consolidation cut-off times and ensure timely cargo lodgement for urgent shipments. Qualifications: Experience in air export/freight forwarding operations. Knowledge of AWB preparation, shipping documentation and IATA regulations. Familiar with DG and temperature-controlled cargo handling. Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
