Job Description Supervise and direct the production team to meet operational targets and customer expectations Take ownership of team performance, productivity, and daily production results Ensure proper staffing, team motivation, and competency development Enforce company policies, production schedules, and workplace discipline when necessary Manage production operations according to quality, safety, and pull flow standards Monitor machine operations and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime and wastage Promote continuous improvement culture through employee suggestions and action plans Support problem-solving projects and ensure timely implementation of solutions Share company goals and align team efforts with business strategy Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and product quality requirements Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve quality concerns effectively Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field Strong awareness of safety, quality, and environmental compliance Experience with lean manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices Familiar with QRQC, 8D, TPM, SMED, and problem-solving methodologies Strong leadership and production planning skills We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
