Job Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences by leading and supporting the retail team on the sales floor Supervise daily store operations and ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation Coach and develop team members to strengthen sales performance and customer engagement Handle customer feedback and resolve operational or service-related issues effectively Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fashion trends, and brand positioning Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company procedures in both store and stockroom operations Requirements Experience in retail supervision or assistant store management, preferably within the fashion industry Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic retail setting We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
