Mechanical Engineer - Wcan

Responsibilities: Design and review mechanical layouts for warehouse automation systems using AutoCAD Integrate AGV, AMR, and shuttle systems within warehouse infrastructure Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in automation equipment (e.g., AGVs, conveyors, AMRs) Support on-site installation, commissioning, and system testing Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery Supervise small teams or subcontractors and provide technical guidance Travel as required for site inspections, installations, and troubleshooting Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Strong mechanical design capabilities with proficiency in AutoCAD. Prior experience with AGVs, AMRs, shuttle systems, and conveyor systems is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to lead and coordinate field teams effectively. Willingness to travel and work in warehouse or construction site environments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field Min 2 years of experience in project management or consulting Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and problem-solving Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently Proficient in documentation, reporting, and presentation We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
