Senior BIM Coordinator (Signage Systems) [El]

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for signage and wayfinding systems using Autodesk Revit Create and manage parametric families, templates, and shared parameters Embed technical data such as materials, electrical loads, and installation specifications Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts Generate construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BCA BIM submission requirements Update models for as-built documentation and project handover Support automation using Dynamo scripting where applicable Requirements Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM, or related field 3–5+ years of BIM/Revit experience (signage, fit-out, or metal detailing preferred) Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) preferred Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination workflows Experience in Dynamo or Python is an advantage Strong attention to detail and coordination skills We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
