Quantity Surveyor (M&E) [Sl]

Maintain a strong industry network with subcontractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers. Stay updated on market price trends and industry developments. Oversee ACMV/Electrical tender administration and tendering procedures. Develop effective strategies, planning, and control measures for all tendering activities. Define the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks. Prepare and follow up on Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely submission of tender costing and technical data. Extract Bill of Quantities from ACMV drawings, point schedules, and architectural plans. Compile price comparisons, cost summaries, and technical proposals for tender submissions. Review addendum and corrigendum documents, updating costing summaries and technical proposals accordingly. Organize and maintain relevant documentation in a systematic manner.
