Responsibilities: Managed order management and inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock availability and efficient operations. Maintained inventory accuracy and integrity through regular monitoring, reconciliation, and inventory control practices. Conducted daily inspections of incoming and outgoing machines and spare parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Coordinated with requesters on order confirmations, scheduling, and documentation. Performed inventory reconciliation between the in-house tracking system and physical stock counts, resolving discrepancies when required. Supported annual stock take activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion. Monitored inventory movements and maintained optimal stock levels to support operational requirements. Performed timely and accurate data entry for stock transactions and inventory movements. Qualifications: Min 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory management, stock control, and inventory movement. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure. Quick learner with excellent attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy in all assigned tasks.
