Sales Admin Coordinator (Retail Hours / Luxury Retail) [El]

5 days work week (Retail hours, including weekend) Perform administrative duties for sales and purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and inventory management. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and reconcile records with HQ. Handle cash administration, including cash/card transactions and petty cash. Ensure efficient administrative operations within the boutique. Act as the main point of contact between the boutique and other departments. Relay directives, memos, and instructions from HQ to boutique staff. Maintain well-organized and up-to-date filing systems. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by HQ.
