Assistant Project Manager (Construction) [Sl]

Coordinate between on-site operations and project management to ensure efficient project execution. Track the master construction programme, develop catch-up schedules, and manage site progress to avoid delays. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and equipment. Liaise with technical teams and consultants to resolve design and construction issues ahead of site execution. Assist with budget preparation and monitor project costs against forecasts. Review and enforce method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures in line with safety and quality requirements. Prepare progress updates, reports, and site documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct regular coordination meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions. Identify operational risks and inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
