To lead and manage end-to-end NPI processes within the plant Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure seamless product and packaging introduction Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) to support for assembly process Maintain and update data in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP system Understand and support of Server & Rack assembly process Contribute to packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies Drive or participate in continuous improvement initiatives Kaizen activities Provide on-the-ground support during production ramp-up Participate in internal and external ISO audits We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
