About this role
Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging Japanese language lessons for children in an early learning environment. Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture that supports language development. Develop and deliver age-appropriate learning activities using songs, stories, games, and other interactive resources. Track student attendance and maintain records of learning progress. Partner with colleagues to support children's educational and developmental needs. Provide updates and feedback to parents on children's progress as required. Observe and identify learning support needs and refer cases through appropriate channels when necessary. Requirements Experience in teaching Japanese language, preferably to children in preschool, kindergarten, enrichment, or related educational settings. Familiarity with child-centred teaching approaches and early childhood education practices. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Patient, adaptable, and creative in engaging young learners. Commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule. Ability to communicate effectively in English within a professional environment.
