Facilities & Maintenance Technician [El]

We're looking for a hands-on Facility Technician to support the maintenance and operation of our manufacturing facility. If you enjoy solving technical issues, coordinating contractors, and ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Maintain factory facilities, utilities, and building systems. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair works. Maintain CCTV, access control, face recognition, burglar alarm, and security systems. Coordinate servicing for air-conditioning units, machinery, lighting, and water dispensers. Arrange, supervise, and liaise with contractors for maintenance and renovation projects. Support office and factory renovation, layout planning, and workspace improvements.
