Accounts Executive [Sl]

Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, cash sales, and delivery orders. Process incoming cheques and update the Accounts Receivable (AR) aging report. Prepare customer Statements of Accounts. Handle Telegraphic Transfers (T/T), Bank Drafts, and Letters of Credit (L/C) for remittance. Prepare export L/C documents for bank negotiation. Perform data entry for invoices and receipts. Conduct bank reconciliations. Process staff claims and petty cash documentation. Calculate and verify sales commissions. Verify and confirm incoming funds with respective banks. Follow up with clients on overdue payments. Maintain proper filing of sales invoices and related documents. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirement Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification. We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
