Accounts Executive (5 Days / Construction / East) [El]

Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff claims accurately and on time. Prepare customer invoices and monitor outstanding receivables. Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly account reconciliations. Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems. Assist with data entry and updating of accounting records in the accounting system. Support month-end closing activities and preparation of accounting schedules. Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting-related matters. Assist with GST reporting, audits, and other finance-related duties when required.
