Manages the BIM process within a design or construction organization. Establishes and upholds BIM standards, processes, and workflows. Facilitates coordination and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely BIM data delivery. Trains and educates project teams on BIM technology and workflows. Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves BIM-related issues and conflicts. Develops and maintains BIM documentation and reports. Ensures compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations. Oversees the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans for each project.
