Support the sales department with daily operations and customer interactions. Serve as the main point of coordination between customers, transporters, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics operations. Prepare and manage all documentation related to imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order (D/O) releases. Verify shipment costs to ensure accuracy and compliance. Address customer inquiries regarding rates, shipment tracking, and other logistics-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
