Clinic Staff Nurse [Ay]

Location: Orchard Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm Key Responsibilities Assist the specialist during consultations, procedures and surgical cases conducted in the clinic and Operating Theatre. Support patients throughout their treatment journey by delivering quality nursing care and clinical assistance. Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, enquiries, billing and payment collection as part of the clinic's daily operations. Process insurance claims, pre-authorisation requests and other related administrative documentation. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation. Carry out additional duties as required to support the smooth running of the clinic. Requirements Registered Nurse with a valid practising licence issued by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Prior specialist clinic experience is not required. Candidates from different nursing backgrounds are welcome to apply. Demonstrates a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a specialist clinic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. A proactive and dependable team player who takes initiative and contributes positively to a collaborative working environment. Comfortable using computer systems for clinical and administrative work.
