Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Nurse to join our fast-paced outpatient team. You will be the first point of contact for patient care, assisting physicians, managing daily clinical operations, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all patients. Responsibilities Prepare and sanitize examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment to maintain hygiene compliance Maintain accurate and current patient records using the clinic’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for efficient patient management Manage inventory by ordering medical supplies and ensuring all equipment is fully stocked and functional to support clinical operations Perform administrative duties including scheduling patient appointments, assisting with billing processes, and managing insurance claims to facilitate smooth clinic workflow Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients to provide supportive care and enhance patient experience Use clinic systems proficiently to support clinical and administrative tasks effectively Required competencies and certifications Hold a minimum Diploma in Nursing Possess an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license registered with the Singapore Nursing Board Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred competencies and qualifications Open to fresh graduates
